Recently, I had the opportunity to document a significant milestone for Sanofi (Nasdaq: SNY), an innovative global healthcare company, as they celebrated a remarkable achievement at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square.
Imagine the energy: Times Square buzzing, the iconic Nasdaq tower looming, and a palpable sense of accomplishment in the air. Sanofi was there to mark a major milestone – the fact that over one million patients worldwide are actively benefiting from treatment with Dupixent. That's a staggering number, representing countless lives improved.
The highlight of the event, of course, was the ringing of the Nasdaq Opening Bell. It's a symbolic act, a moment that signifies the start of a new trading day and, in this case, a celebration of a medical breakthrough. Leading the charge were Paul Hudson, Chief Executive Officer at Sanofi, and Aisha, a caregiver of a Dupixent patient.
Why this event resonated with me:
